NAIOP San Diego Foundation

A 501(c)3 organization, NAIOP San Diego Foundation supports our chapter’s charitable, philanthropic, community involvement and university scholarship initiatives.

A catalyst for the Foundation’s creation was our primary community involvement initiative – NAIOP San Diego’s adoption of the 1st Marine Raider Battalion. This is a U.S. Marine Corps special operations unit which is stationed aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton. Additionally, we are committed to our University Challenge and our scholarships for real estate students at the University of San Diego, San Diego State University and University of California, San Diego. NAIOP San Diego Foundation plans to expand our outreach by supporting those causes which best impact the San Diego commercial real estate industry and those San Diego communities where our members live, work and play.

Raider Foundation

The Raider Foundation was established to provide benevolent support to active duty and medically retired Raider personnel and their families as well as to the families of Marines who have lost their lives in service to our Nation.
