Political Action Committee
The NAIOP San Diego PAC was formed to support state and local issues, ballot measures and candidates that promote and advocate for the benefit of the San Diego commercial real estate industry and the greater San Diego business community at large. Furthermore, the NAIOP San Diego PAC aims to help our members by supporting a healthy and balanced economy, a fertile environment for jobs providers and robust climate for housing creators.
The NAIOP San Diego PAC is non-partisan and will make contributions to candidates, issues and measures to support NAIOP’s efforts to achieve our stated goals and objectives.
As an organization dependent on donations, our PAC serves as a vehicle for our members and member companies to provide the financial support necessary to achieve our advocacy goals, while also complying with governmental rules and regulations for contributions. Our members receive a return on that investment through the PAC’s proactive efforts to maintain our members’ long-term viability and growth in ways that would not otherwise be available.
