Event Registration / Reservation Cancellations

Will be granted under the following conditions:

Full Refund:  Registrations/reservations may be cancelled no later than 1 week prior to the day of the event, less any merchant charges assessed on the funds received.

No Refund:  Registrations/reservations cancelled within 1 week prior to the day of the event.

Substitutions

Will be granted under the following conditions:

Substitutions are acceptable if the substitute is in the same registration/reservation pricing group as the original attendee.  72 hours advance notice of any substitutions would be appreciated.

Refunds for No-Shows
