Designed for individuals age 35 and younger who wish to further their education and build relationships with leaders in the industry, this program is by invite only and is designed with you in mind! What to know
Price: Free for all current NAIOP San Diego Chapter Members
Process: Once all applications have been processed a match day occurs where the Mentorship Program Leaders will match you to your team/mentor based on criteria received. You will receive a confirmation of your acceptance into the program. The Mentorship Season will begin with a mixer on February 23, 2012 at 5:30 pm where you will meet your team and your mentors.
Requirement: Membership dues must be paid effective March 1st (drop date)
Developing Leaders Mentorship Program
Mentorship Groups:
- 1-2 Senior Mentor
- 10 DL members per group
- 3 Industry "Rock Stars"
Attendance requirements
- Must be a NAIOP San Diego professional member in order to participate in Mentorship Program
- Two absences will result in being asked to leave the program.
Purpose:
Our Mentorship Program is designed to provide the participant with the opportunity to develop a long standing relationship with an experienced industry leader. This not only gives the participant education and access, it provides lasting relationships.
