Hold weekly training classes for newer and mid-level associates and conduct monthly sales meetings. Generate and implement business strategies for company growth, new business development, as well as provide direction and leadership.

Broker Associate - My areas of specialty include owner-user sales & leasing, as well as buyer representation of nationwide cap rate investments opportunities.

My goal is to become more acquainted and to create relationships within all the industry affiliations and after careful research and review; I found that NAIOP was the organization that would give me the greatest access in this endeavor.

Proudest Moment:

To date the proudest moments in my life have been the birth of my children, and participating from start to finish in the building of a home in the “Habitat for Humanity” program.

Greatest Challenge:

The greatest challenge I face today is continuing to grow and improve NAI San Diego in the face of this current economic obstacle…My personal motto is “Never Give Up, Never, Never Give Up”, and company motto is “People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing”. At our firm we enjoy what we do, and even in the face of the current serious market conditions, we still find pleasure in assisting our clients.

Favorite Hobbies:

Golf, Working Out, White Water Rafting, Charger Football Games, Traveling, and hangin’ with the Cugino’s (my many cousins).
