My Name: Howard N. Mills, LEED AP, Lean Six Sigma Certified

What I do: I develop programs and processes that contribute to the success of complicated construction projects, enabling vision to become reality. As Senior Project Manager and Business Development Executive, I manage budgets, schedules and personnel for construction projects from concept to completion while evaluating and assessing risk versus opportunity. In addition, I foster, create and maintain relationships among our development and contractor community, while identifying opportunities that serve and benefit potential designers, developers and the contracting industry.

Why I am an NAIOP member: I was seeking a collaborative environment where I could share ideas and stay abreast of current trends in the commercial and industrial markets.

Proudest Moment: Most recent personal – my wife giving birth to our beautiful baby girl March of last year. Most recent professional – playing an integral management role in the early completion of a $230,000,000 Indian gaming casino development project with a committed, skillful and dedicated team while learning about sovereign land issues.

Favorite Hobby : Travel – also, don’t mind adventure, boating, diving, snowboarding, riding, cooking, spending time with friends, sharing new experiences with my family.
